After thousands of one on one meetings with employees who save into a 401(k), very rarely is there an employee out there who truly understands where their money is going every pay period and what it all may add up to at the end of the day. Through basic education, we want to reverse what the financial industry has created - confusion and a lack of transparency. If we can change an employee's behavior and attitude toward money and save then we can better position them for retirement with sufficient income.
